Description: Lictor Entis Brala precides over a special Hellnight Order that is only described as an offshoot of the Order of the Rack.  Though their lead mission is that of the Order of the Rack, destroying forbidden knowledge, their funding comes from special ops work, primarily from the Forest Generals in Molthune, although they have happened to perform some work for certain entities in Nidal not of the Tribune.
